A terrorist attack in Baisran Meadow near Pahalgam in Anantnag District of Jammu & Kashmir on 22nd April 2025 . Nearly 28 peoples lost their lives in that attack , after this our Indian government took strict diplomatic actions in a high-commissioned meeting held on 23rd April 2025. After recognise the seriousness of the terrorist attack, the government decided on the following measures.
1st Diplomatic Action By Indian Government
After High Commissioned Meeting Happened On 23rd April 2025, Any Pakistani National In India on SPES Visa will have 48 hours to leave India.
2nd diplomatic Action By Indian Government On Basis of Pahalgam Terrorist Attack
The indus water treaty of 1960 will be held in obeyance with immediate effect until pakistan credibly and irrevocably objores its support for cross border terrorism.
3rd diplomatic Action By Indian Government
The integreated check post Attari will be closed with immediate effect. Those who have crossed over with valid endorsements may return through that route with 1st May 2025.
4th diplomatic Action By Indian Government
Pakistani nationals will not be permitted to travel india. Any pakistani national Currently in india under SBES visa 48 hours to leave india .
The defense military naval and air advisors in the pakistani high commision in New delhi are Declared persona non grata they have a week to leave india. India will be Withdrawing its own defense, air and navy advisors from the indian high commision in islamabad. The overall strength of the high commision will be brought down to 30 from the present 55.
